Which planets are visible tonight from my location? When do they rise, peak, and set? Which ones are high enough and dark enough to be worth a quick look or a photograph?

When to use it (Guyana)

Evening and pre-dawn are the usual windows. From ~6°N, planets follow familiar ecliptic paths but twilight is short year-round. Use the tool before you drive inland so you know whether Jupiter/Saturn/Venus (or others) are actually up during dark time.

Step-by-step

2. Confirm location (GPS or LocationBar presets).
3. Scan the planet list for altitude, magnitude, and rise/set times.
4. Open the sky sim to see where a planet sits relative to the horizon.
5. Prefer planets that are well above the horizon after astronomical twilight (or before dawn twilight).

How to read the results
